Overview

Deutsche Finance International or DFI, is a pan European private equity real estate platform with offices in London, Munich, Madrid and Luxembourg. We pursue value-add and select opportunistic research-driven strategies driving superior risk-adjusted returns through deep value investing, capitalising on trends and active asset management.

We seek under-managed or under-valued assets or businesses with fixable impairments or potential for improvement. Through hands-on asset management and targeted development, DFI and our partners aim to add value to our investments by increasing income, upgrading the user experience and making them more investible for institutional capital. We invest across all types of real estate sectors, with a specialisation in customer-centric and operationally intensive real estate.

We act as the investment advisor for DFI funds, co-investment partners and the direct global real estate investment activity of the Deutsche Finance Group. The platform serves a global institutional client base including pension funds, insurance companies, financial institutions and family offices. The firm is privately owned by its Managing Partners and Deutsche Finance Group.
